Ethereal URP 2024 - Volumetric Lighting & Fog
Ethereal URP - Volumetric lighting and Fog is an asset dedicated to the creation of atmospheric fog and volumetric lighting effects in the Universal Pipeline, by simulating the illumination of the small particles present in the atmosphere. This new version is covering Unity 2022.3 LTS and Unity 6 URP and the new URP RenderGraph.
The system will be in Beta until Unity 6 LTS, in which version the RenderGraph will be finalized.

Asset Folders:
Ethereal 2024 - New volumetric lighting system with focus on massive performance boost when using many shadowed local lights in Forward+. Contains Ethereal 2024 demos and demos combined with the core Ethereal module below.
VolumeFogSRP - Main Ethereal system that supports sun volumetrics, local lights, volumetric height fog, impostor volume lights and humidity based haze effects
EXTRAS - Optional Temporal AA module for noise reduction
UNITY VERSION NOTE: The system has been submitted using Unity 2022.3.18f1 and supports Unity 2022.3 LTS and Unity 6 LTS in URP RenderGraph mode (compatibility mode is not supported). The included demos are currently mostly for Unity 2022.3 and the ones mentioning 'GRAPH' in their name plus the demos of the new Ethereal 2024 module are for Unity 6 Rendergraph.
